This free interactive forum will explore the multiple stressors that Black women experience, identify the social determinants that contribute to stress in Black women, and will assist participants in embracing the revolutionary act of self-care to improve mental health and reduce the effects of stress on our health and well-being.  Learn more about the resources that are available through NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
Featured Speaker:
Jeshana Johnson, PsyD
Dr. Johnson is a psychologist and Department Chair of the College of Counseling, Psychology and Social Sciences at Argosy University and a member of Mu Lambda Omega Chapter.
